REFUND POLICY
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer a 30-days exchange policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer an exchange. Since all products are originals and preorders, we do not do returns, only if the item has been damage during the shipping. The item must be returned in original condition and packaging, undamaged and in the same condition as you received it. Only then, can we accept a return. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
RETURN & REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify, that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We will contact you to discuss the exchange. Returns and exchanges happen at your own risk and own expense. Shipping costs are to be paid by you. Please return your item to:

If you are shipping an item over 80 Euros, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

EXCHANGES

SHIPPING
PAINTINGS:
If you wish to purchase a painting set on a frame, please contact info@malenebirgersworld.com, for us to quote a price. Paintings will demand, special packing and handling, and will be more advanced to ship, but can be done. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your purchased painting to reach you may vary.
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift cards are valid for 2 years.
SALE ITEMS (if applicable only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
COLOURS and SHADES
Due to the calibration differences between computer monitors, tablets, and smartphones the color of the artworks or any kind of product shown on our website may vary slightly from the original item.
ORIGINAL ARTWORKS
The original artworks can vary slightly in their outlook. Since Mrs. Birger´s ARTWORKS sometimes consist of many layers, the paper can seem lightly crinkled or not completely flat and perfect as a printed poster.
When framing the ARTWORK, it will straighten in case of a slightly uneven surface. All ARTWORKS are handmade originals (naturally) and painted in her studio and has therefore been through an artistic process.

At The World of Malene Birger S.L. your personal contact information will be treated with confidentiality and will not be shared with any third parties. For ordering handling purposes, however, we sometimes need to share your shipping details directly with the artist or our printing partner.
